We all love to be focused, isn't it? Then why does it happen that we forget our target & deviate from it. Well, the answer is simple, the fact that we get diverted from the root cause & the goal on account of our other alignment/assignments. So how does one stay focused?

The best way is to speak the ARROW switchword & feel it on every level of your being that you have achieved what was expected out of you. That you have achieved the goal that you want & that you are focused & carving toward it.

We all know that a focused person is respected all across with the fact that he has a set goal & a great vision to achieve so & how does one do so? Well, the obvious reason is that you ARROW towards your goals & never loose sight.

We all know that praise is the best thing to do for self & others. When it is done, it brings all the goodness in the world towards you. It draws all the happiness towards you. Remember those days when you used to praise someone else, but feel happy at the same time on your own end.

It is a gift of life, which moves through you, gifts you back, if you gift it to people & yes it always has the most powerful & positive effect on your own body. It makes you feel beautiful or handsome & we all want to look that ways. Isn't it?
