Have you been always wondering & pondering over the fact that why do problems occur in your life? Why is it that people smile & you are always in a state of sadness or grief? Well, the answer is simple, they are grateful & you ain't. Now, at first you aren't going to like the statement, but it's true. You are always complaining about the problems in your life, while the others ain't. This doesn't mean that they might not be complaining at all. It means that they are complaining less than you.
Doesn't it grow hairs on your head that you have been meaninglessly ungrateful whereas the happiness around you lies in being grateful for the things you have. When you are grateful, you feel happy, you feel good, your mind feels better & your body starts reacting in a manner that leaves you happy to the core. So how do we start being grateful, well, the simplest way is do what makes you happy. If you are still unable to understand it, let me simplify it for you with ways that can make you happy. Try them & share results:
1) Tomorrow is yesterday's memory: How you remember yesterday is what will form the base for today or even tomorrow, so, don't forget to try this one out. Every day we all face challenges, challenges that bring us down or make us rise up & we all know that going down isn't a right option for anything, so why not try to rise up. At the end of the day, when you are about to go to sleep, remember the days moments, the one's that made you go down or challenged you, then in the peace of your mind, play them in a manner that you would want them to unfold. Let's say, you had a fight with a family member, or a business issue, try to play the event in such a manner that it refines your mind with a pleasant experience without making the other person(s) in the story feel bad. This will ensure that you are not just creating harmony for self, but also for others around you & that is the key. Next, try to play the good events through the day, like, you getting a seat in a crowded transport medium, someone offering you a cup of coffee or even appreciation & thank the person for his action, in you own consciousness for the wonderful thing he did for you. Next up, is the most important thing, so now, just design the way you want your day to go & thank the moment(s) & day in advance for the good things & then go to sleep with all those happy feelings.
2) Write it out: Thoughts are the most powerful way to change your life, but if you are facing problem with making feeling it the way you want, the best way is to write them out! Write down the moments that helped you during the day, the people, the circumstances that made you happy. Write down clearly how grateful you are for the incident, you can start by saying,'I am happy & grateful for _____ because ____' and ensure that you have written your heart out. After you have shared your gratefulness for the day, start writing how you would want the next day to be, the event's turnout during the day & see them manifest.
3) 21 day practice: Do you know that an activity can become a habit in 21 days. Well, that is not a long time & a problematic one for a wonderful habit of being grateful always, which will open the gates of happiness for you. So ensure that you use any of these or some other habits regularly for more than 21 days & transform your life.
